Question Formulation Technique

Developed by the Right Question Institute, this student activity uses the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) to help students generate, refine, and prioritize questions about a primary source image, building curiosity and inquiry skills. Students then research answers to their most important questions and reflect on how questioning deepens their understanding of historical sources.
